Good Things Are Brewing

Wendy's interview with Lee Nelson, from local NBC affiliate WCSH6, has been posted here.  I'd love to hear your comments.

Oh yeah, we juiced a batch of cider apples, which will be a bubbling bucket of 2.5 gallons of liquid gold tomorrow.

Thank you, Universe, for all your generosity.

  1. Excellent interview and congratulations to Wendy who came over really well, hopefully will plant a seed in some peoples heads and encourage more to follow this path.
Oh speaking of Apples I'm just posting (in sections) on the method I use to make cider - it would be interesting to compare notes.
    Regards,
    John

Thank you for your support of Wendy's book. It has been a great experience for us all.

I will do a post here in the next little bit about my recipe - I, too, like it simple.

  3. Wendy gave a great interview, you all must be so proud of her! For me, having never met you all, it was especially nice to see AND hear her - the closest to meeting her yet ;) She has a very composed, assured, and friendly way about her, that I think helps the message she is trying to get across. Rather than being a panic-creating person who is trying to convince everyone to get ready for TEOTWAWKI, she is encouraging us to explore what we can do, within our own means, and provides lots of fabulous suggestions. Congrats again!

  4. Julie, I am. She is very critical of herself, sometimes, but she is so articulate, intelligent, and charismatic you can not help but get drawn in. I am a lucky man! I think she had fun doing the interview, too.
